摘要
本文观察到加味四君子汤有良好的抗大鼠幽门结扎法溃疡和促进乙酸法慢性溃疡愈合的作用。本方在２０ｇ／ｋｇ剂量下．能显著抑制胃液的分泌量．并能减少胃蛋白酶的分泌量。本方还能明显增加正常大鼠、幽门结扎模型大鼠和乙酸法慢性溃疡大鼠胃壁粘液糖蛋白量。提示加味四君子汤抗大鼠实验性溃疡的作用可能与刺激胃粘液的分泌、增强胃粘膜屏障功能有关。
Abstract This paper reported the effect of Decotion vf Four Noble Drugs with Supplements (DFNDS ) on rat's ulcer made by pyloric ligature and accelerated the healing of rails chronic ulcer made by acetic acid. The Decotion obviously reduced the secretory volume of gastric liquie. restrained the secretion of pepsin (20g/kg ). and increased the volume of mucous glucoprotein on sastric wall in both normal ratand model rats.
