Abstract Jiutuo Ⅱ made from Radix Alangii, Radix Aconiti Praeparata, Fructus Auranti, and semen Persicae. 14 cases of shock with asthenis of healthy energy and Yang energy exhaustion were treated with Jiutuo Ⅱ injection, and compared with 14 cases of shock with asthenia of healthy energy and Yang energy exhaustion treated with Dopamine and Metaraminol. The result showed that excellent rate was 71. 42 %, total effective rate was 92. 86% in treated group. The recovery time of SBP,heart rate and urine quantity was shorten and the time of SBP in normal was prolonged, It was significant difference compaired with control group.
