Abstract In this paper,the author analyzed the different cases of cerebral hemorrhage with complication of hematemesis and pointed out that:(1) it was important for us not only to consider the symptom but also the diseases;(2)treatment of promoting circulation and removing stasis might be useful for cerebral hemorrhage;(3) the therapy of integrated traditional and western medicine often more effective.
