摘要
本文利用透射电镜(TEM)和扫描电镜(SEM)对小核菌多糖(Scleroglucan)在水溶液中的单分子形貌,不同处理后分子形貌的变化及其聚集态结构进行了研究。结果表明,小核菌多糖在水溶液中以特定形状的聚集态存在,有比较规则的二、三、四级结构;其单分子是由三股单链组成的螺旋结构,此结构可能与该多糖的抑瘤活性有关。
This paper studied molecular appearance of Scleroglucan in aqueous solution,changes of molecular appearance under different conditions,and structure of its gathering state by TEM and SEM. The results show that scleroglucan is in intrinsic gathering state in aqueous solution and has regular secondary, terthiary and quaternary structure. A single molecule of scleroglucan is made of triple-stranded links by helix. There is a relationship between the structure and its antitumour activity.
