摘要
本文叙述在毫米波固态源的设计中,如何改善电调特性的问题。经理论分析及实验,获得近似于恒定的调制灵敏度,符合整机设计要求,在整机中显示出较好的效果。
This paper summerizes the methods for improving the linearity of the electric-tuning charactferstic of solid-state millimetre-wave sources. By theoretical analysis and experiment,we obtain approximate constant modulation sensitivity,which fits for the overall design,and reach fairly good effect.
