NKC－1中草药合剂对T24－ras活化癌基因转化细胞的选择性杀伤及抗肿瘤作用的研究

STUDIES OF THE SELECTIVE KILLING OF NKC-1 ON TRANSFORMED CELLS INDUCED BY T24-RAS ACTIVATED ONCOGENE AND ITS ANTITUMOR EFFECT

根据我国传统中医药理论及现代分子生物学知识，设计并配制了具有抗肿瘤效应的复方中草药合剂ＮＫＣ－１．体外实验表明：ＮＫＣ－１能够选择性杀死ｒａｓ癌基因诱导的转化细胞，在较低浓度条件下对转化细胞的恶性行为有一定的抑制和逆转作用。急性毒性实验结果显示：当注射剂量为０．８ｍｌ／只昆明鼠时，仍无严重毒性。裸鼠体内实验表明：ＮＫＣ－１具有良好的抑制肿瘤效应。

According to the theories of Chinese traditional medicine and the modern molecular biology, the mixed Chinese traditional herb NKC-1 was designed. The experiments in vitro show that the NKC-1 can kill the transformed cells induced by activited ras gene or repress the activited ras gene expression partly at lower concentration. The acute toxic experiments indicate that NKC-1 is not very toxic to the kunming mouse when the injected amount is 0. 8 ml per one. Also NKC-1 inhibits the forming of tumor or decreases the growth rate of cancer cells in nude mouse.
