杏仁核点燃癫痫发作时大鼠脑内C-fos蛋白的表达 被引量:1

C-fos EXPRESSION IN RAT BRAIN DURING AMYGDALA-KINDLED SEIZURE

摘要 既刻早期基因C-fos被作为是神经元兴奋性的一个标志。本实验利用Fos蛋白的免疫组织化学方法在杏仁核点燃癫痫动物模型上观察了癫痫发作后脑内C-fos蛋白的变化,结果表明致痫时海马部位见到较多的C-fos表达。提示:杏仁核点燃致痫能引起脑内某些部位C-fos的表达。 Expression of the immediate-early gene c-fos has been advanced as a marker of neuronal ativity in the nervous system. C-fos proteins were visualized immunohistochemically in the brain of rats after seizures induced by amygdala-kindled. Two hours following seizures there was evident expression of C-fos proteins in the hippocampus.The results Suggest that seizures can induce C-fos proteins in some nuclei.
