摘要
精液解脲支原体感染与非感染男性精子运动轨迹图象分析结果表明:感染男性精子运动速度明显低于非感染男性(P<0.01),精子运动轨迹以原地转圈和锯齿形运动方式为主;29例妻子习惯性流产的男性,精液解脲支原体均阳性,82.8％(24/29)的精子运动轨迹中存在原地转圈的运动方式。结果提示精子运动轨迹分析可作为解脲支原体感染的参考指标。
Tracks of motile sperm were analysed in men infected by Ureaplasma Urealyticum in semen and men non-infected. The results showed that velocity of motile sperm of positive group infected by Ureaplasma Urealyticum was significantly lower than that of negative group (P<0. 01),their motile patterns were mainly turning circle and zigzag; turning circle pattern was 82. 8% (24/29) in 29 infertile men infected by Ueaplasma Urealyticum, whose wives had spontaneous abortion. These results suggested that analysis of tracks of motile sperm might be regarded as the parameter index for infection of Ureaplasma Urealyticum.
