摘要
本文报道51例地方性亚临床克汀病患者和62名同龄正常人的脑电图检查和对比分析结果。发现亚临床克汀病患者的脑电图改变特点,其脑电图改变与地方性克汀病患者的脑电图改变相比,二者极其相似,说明亚临床克汀病与地方性克汀病之间有非常密切的关系,为本病的临床研究提供了客观的诊断依据。建议应将脑电图检查作为亚临床克汀病的一项辅助诊断指标;将脑电图改变特点,列为亚临床克汀病的诊断标准之一。
This article reports the EEG examination in 51 patients with endemic subclinical cretinism and 62 cases of normal individuals at the same ages. In comparison of the results of EEG in endemic subclinical cretinism with those of control, and the manifestations of EEG in endemic cretinism, The authors noted that the EEG manifestation of endemic subclinical cretinism was very similar to that of endemic cretinism. It is suggested that there is a closed relation bet ween endemic subclinical cretinism and endemic cretinism. These EEG changes in endemic subclinical cretinism also provide a objective evidences for the clinical diagnosis of this disease. There fore, the EEG examination should be a supplementary diagnostic method and the above-mentioned EEG manifestations should be taken as one of the diagnostic evidences for endemic subclinical cretinism.
