摘要
由于中性突变,核酸序列中包含了大量噪声,研究了如何从噪声背景中提取有用信息的问题.定义了关联函数和关联谱,得到了一些关联谱的定理.发现了每一序列的关联谱中存在很多共振峰,类似于原子分子的线状光谱,这些谱线具有标识核苷酸序列的意义,编码序列有强的1/3共振,内含子则没有这条谱线.碱基插入如缺失也会对谱线产生明显影响.
As a result of neutral mutation ,the nucleic acid sequences contain a large amount of noises. The information theoretical investigation indicates that they are very close to the stochastic sequences,The problem of how to extract use-ful signals in nucleotide sequences from tbe strong background noises is discussed.The correlation spectrum is defined which is essentially the Fourier's transforma-tion of correlation function,Several theorems on correlation spectrum are deduced.We find that there exist many resonance peaks in the spectrum of each sequence.These spectrum lines are characteristic of the sequence.The base insertion or dele-tion will largely influence the structure of spectrum lines.The large-scale proper-ties of the correlation spectrum are also discussed.
