摘要
从内蒙古自治区巴盟炭窑口硫铁矿矿井水中分离到氧化亚铁硫杆菌（Ｔｈｉｏｂａｃｉｌｌｕｓｆｅｒ－ｒｏｏｘｉｄａｎｓ）Ｃ－１￣＃菌株。确定了该萌株生长最适ｐＨ为１．８－２．０，测定了该苗株的生长曲线，并用电镜观察其形态。
A strain of thiobacillus ferrooxidans is separated from the mineral water in TanyaokouIron Sulfide Mine. The optimum pH for its growth is determined,the growth curve is mea-sured and its form is observed by means of electronic microscope.
