摘要
本文采用离子减薄术和透射电子显微术研究Ni60粉末喷焊层微观结构。结果表明,喷焊层的固溶体有Ni-Cr固溶体和Y相两种。金属化合物有硼化物、硅化物、复合碳比物等。它们以不同的组织形式不均匀地分布。亮白层组织复杂,非单一固溶体。热影响区存在一层由铁素体和M23C6相间而成的组织。靠近基体的固溶体中有析出物,并存在密度较大的位错。
In this paper,the microstructure of Ni60 powderspray-weld coating is studied by meansof ion reduction and transmissive electron- microscopic examination. The results show thatthere are two kinds of microstructure of spray weld Coating,that is,the Ni- Cr solid solutionand the Y phase. Metallic compounds include boride,silicious and compound carbide,etc. They are distributed unevenly in the coating in different forms of structure. The white shinezone is a complex and nonsingle solid solution,In heat affected zone there is a layer of ferriteand M23C6 structure. A separation phase exists in the solution near the base,and the dislocation of density there appears largish.
