2709碱性蛋白酶菌体絮凝分离的研究

摘要 发酵液去除菌体的净化工艺是酶制剂纯化的关键步骤,也是酶液浓缩首先必须解决的问题。本文采用无毒阳离子型高分子絮凝剂脱乙酰甲壳素和无机絮凝剂Al2(SO4)3复合有效地使2709碱性蛋白菌体得到絮凝聚并而分离。与其它文献报道相比,具有优良的絮凝效果,絮凝悬浮液具有良好的过滤性能。 The purifying technique for removing bactcria from fermentation broth is the key step in enzyme purification and also a very important step in the enrichment of enzyme solution.This paper presents a compositively efficient way by using chitosan, a nontoxic cationic high molecular flocculant, and Al2(SO4)3,an inorganic flocculant, to make 2709 alkali proteinase bacteria flocculated and separated. In comparison with othcr techniques reported in relevant literature,this technique offers higher efficiency of flocculation and the solution shows better filtering performance.
