摘要
本文对球面波照明一维振幅型光栅时,在夫琅和费衍射区内的Talbot自成像进行了研究。得到了其成像条件,并与菲涅尔衍射区内的成像条件作了比较。
In this paper,Talbot self-imagings of amplitude grating illuminated by spherical waveare discussed in Fraunhofer diffraction zone. The imaging condition has been found and isdrawn into a comparison with the in Fresnel diffraction zone.
