摘要
无论是扦插、嫁接,还是组培形式的无性繁殖,都受繁殖材料成熟程度的严重影响。为实现树木长期与原种一致的无性繁殖,必须了解其成熟作用和幼态保持的机理,选取幼态组织作为繁殖材料或采用人工复壮措施。本文概述了成熟与复壮的遗传学、生理学机理,详细论述了组织培养中对复壮的研究,并列举了各种人工复壮措施。
Vegetative propagation,including the methods of cuttage,grafting and microprop-agation,are strongly affected by the mature degree of the propagated materials.Generally,the more juvenile the specimen,the easier it is to propagate vegetatively.So it is essential tostudy the mechanisms of maturation,juvenility retention and rejuvenation before uniform,true-to-type,long-term cloning of trees can be achieved.Collecting juvenile somatic tissuesavailable or taking various rejuvenation techniques are important measures for successiveclonal propagation.The cytological mechanisms of tissue maturation and rejuvenation oftrees,and the recent studies on them in the field of cell and tissue culture are introduced inthe paper.
