摘要
本文用灰色系统理论关联度分析法，对阿里河林业局木材生产成本与林业局职工总数等五个因素进行关联分析，找出影响木材生产成本的主要因素，为管理者决策提供重要依据。
his paper using the correlation analysis mothods base on the grey system theory,analyses the relationship between the timber production cost and the total of staff and work-ers etc in A LI HE Forestry Office. The nain factors that affect the timber production costwere fond , providing the important basis for manager making policy.
