蛙的微循环观察与分析的研究

Observation and Analysis on Microcircuhtion of Frog

通过对蛙的肠系膜、舌、后肢蹼及膀胱等部位微循环的观察研究得出如下结论：（１）蛙的膀胱是观察研究蛙微循环的最理想部位；（２）往心包腔内加入一定量的０．０１％肾上腺素可明显地促进血液循环，改善微循环状况，更有利于观察血液在动脉、毛细血管和静脉中的流动情况，同时还可大大地延长微循环的观察和研究的时间。

Some conclusions were obtdined through the observation on microcirculationin mesenterici,tongue,fin of posterior limb and bladder of frog as follows:(1)the ideal partto observe microcirculation of frog was bladder;(2)that certain amount of 0.01%adreninwas injected into cavum pericadiale may obviously improve the state of microcirculation sothat is was helpful to observe the biood flow in arteria and vein,and it prolonged the time toobserve the microcirctjlation smgnificantly。
