摘要
利用抗旱性不同的10个冬小麦品种的成熟胚,幼穗产生的愈伤组织作为供试材料,以聚乙二醇(PEG)诱导的渗透压模拟水分胁迫,测定了相对生长量,相对电导率及组织活性,结果表明:冬小麦在整株水平与细胞水平之间对于水分胁迫存在着一致性。
Calli obtained from mature embryos,young inflorescenes of 10 cultivars ofwinter wheat were used as test materials。Water stress was induced by polyethylene glycolexamining relative growth, relative electrical concdluctivity and tissue vigour。The main re-sults indicate that drought tolerance at the cell level is similar to that at the whole-plant levelfor winter wheat。
