金丝雀端脑发声控制通路及左半球优势现象的研究

摘要 用HRP顺、逆行追踪方法,研究金丝雀端脑发声控制中枢上纹状体腹侧尾端核(HVc)的纤维联系及古纹状体株核(RA)的左半球优势现象。结果表明,HVc投射到发声控制的主要运动中枢RA以及嗅叶的X区;HVc接受蓝斑核、丘脑葡萄形核、端脑听区、新纹状体中部界面核和新纹状体前部大细胞核内侧部的传入投射.提示HVc亦参与发声学习、听觉记忆及植物性和情绪性反应等功能.此外。 The fibers connections of the telencephalic vocal control centre, thehyperstriatum ventrale, pars caudale(HVc) and the left dominant hemisphere of robustnucleus of the archistriatum(RA) were studied using anterograd and retrograde H RP trac-ingmethods. After in jecting HRP into HVc, the densely labelled fibers and terminals werefound in ipsilateral nucleus RA, tractus archistriatalis dorsalis(DA )and area X of lobusparolfactorius. As for the locus ceruleus(LoC) of the pons,nucleus uvaeformis(Uva) ofthe thalamus, telencephalic auditory field(Field L),nucleus interfacialis(NIf) ofmidneostriatum, and medial nucleus naginocellularis of the anterior neostriatum(mMAN), there were retrogradely labelled neurons.Moreover,the left RA is l.5 times thesize of the rlght RA. The results indicate the high vocal control centre HVc projects to RAand area X, on the other hands, HVc receives projections from LoC、Uva、field L、NIF andmM AN Nuclei X、mMAN、 Nlf and Uva involve witli vocal control、song learning andmemory functions. Field L is the highest auditory centre. Nucleus LoC regulates vagetativefuiiction and emotioiial reactions.Therefore,the high vocal control centre also recelves theregtilations of the centres of song learniing、 auditory memory、 vegetative and emotional re-action,There is a left dominant hemisphere in the vocal control motor centre-RA
