论高等院校科技产业的产生、发展及其在市场经济中的重要作用

本文论述了高校科技产业的产生的发展和历史过程，并以高校科技产业的兴起是建设有中国特色的社会主义理论的观点。阐明了高校科技产业是深化教育改革的重要内容；同时又分析了社会主义市场经济对高校科技产业的影响和高校科技产业在发展过程中的困难和存在的主要问题。

This paper discussed the historical process of production and development of scientifical and techninal estate of colleges and universities,based on the theoretical viewpoint of constructing the Chinese characteristic socialism,expounded that the estate of colleges and universities is an important contents of deepening educational re formation,and analysed the influence of market economy of socialism to scientifical and technical estate of colleges and universities,and difficulties and existed Problems in developing process of scientifical and technical estate of colleges and universities.
