重复性风险型决策在饲料工业生产决策中的应用

APPLICATION OF POLICY DECISION OF REPEATED RISK TYPE IN INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTION OF FORAGE

决策是企业在经营活动中，为达到经营目标，运用科学方法，从两个或两个以上的可行方案中选择一个最佳方案，即选优的过程。本文通过利用重复性风险型决策方法，对饲料企业生产计划进行决策，结果表明，以期望值为标准的重复性风险型决策是选择方案最合理的判断标准。

Policy decision is a selective prcness,selecting an optimum scheme from more than two feasible schemes by scientifical method in the manage activities to achieve its aim. This paper,through using the policy decision of repeated risk type,made a policy decision for the production plan of forage in enterprise. The result showed that the standard with the expectation value for making a policy decision of repeated risk is the optimum standard.
