变通道涡流室式燃烧室燃烧特性的研究 被引量:4

摘要 作者研制的变通道涡流室式燃烧室,是一种兼有开式燃烧室热效率高与分开式燃烧室噪声、烟度、CO排放皆低等优异性能的新型涡流室式燃烧室。为了探求其性能的成因,本文建立了计算分开式燃烧室放热率的零维模型,应用作者提出的计算涡流室式及变通道涡流室式两种燃烧室连接通道流量系数的公式和同时精确测取的主副室压力示功图,精确计算了这两种燃烧室的放热率。据此,分析了两者在放热、噪声与排放特性方面的差异。研究结果表明,对于变通道涡流室式燃烧室,主室放热持续期短是其热效率高的重要原因之一;而其噪声、烟度、CO排放较低,则与它又具有分开式燃烧室的燃烧特点有关。 A swirlchamber with variable throat presented by the writers is a new swirl combustionchamber that has advantages of both direct and indirect injection combustion chambers.that is,high thermal efficiency, low noise, less smoke and CO level.In order to study the combustioncharacteristics,a zero-dimensional computation model for the heat release rate of an indirectinjection combustion chamber diesel engine is established in this paper. The heat release rates of theswirl combustion chamber and swirl combustion chamber with variable throat were accuratelycomputed by using the formulae on computing the discharge coefficients of the connecting passagepresented by the writers and the indicator diagrams of the main and auxiliary combustion chambersmeasured at the same time into the model. With the aid of the results, the differences on heat releaserates, noises and exhaust gases of the two kinds of combustion chambers are analysed. A shortercombustion process in the main combustion chamber of the new swirl combustion chamber is one ofthe important reasons for its high thermal efficiency, and its lower noise, less smoke and CO levelhave a bearing on the combustion characteristics of indirect injection combustion chamber.
