摘要 为缩小柴油机微粒袋滤器的体积、简化其结构,木文进行了扁袋袋滤器的初步设计和试验,证明在柴油机微粒袋滤器设计中采用扁袋是不合适的。为此研制了结构紧凑的双层多袋过滤器,并在485Q柴油机台架上进行了试验.结果证明,该袋滤器运行可靠、结构设计合理,对微粒的捕集效率在不同工况下均高于90%。且其对经济性影响不大于2% In order to improve the compactness and simplify the structure of diesel particulate bag filters,a preliminary design and test of a flat shaped bag filter was tried, and have proved that it is unsuitable to adopt flat shaped bag in diesel particulate bag filter design. Therefore, another double--layer multi--tubular--bag filter was developed, which has a compact and simple structure.The filter is mounted on a 485Q diesel engine and is tested on an engine testing bench and the results showed that it worked reliably with particulate filtering efficiency more than 90% and its effect on engine fuel economy less than 2%.
