摘要
近年我们从确诊亚急克病人尸体脏器中分离到三株稳定病毒株,经鉴定为柯萨奇B_2、A_9及未定型各一株,电镜下显示均为28-32nm小RNA无囊膜肠道病毒属的病毒颗粒;用三株病毒分别感染不同粮饲养小白鼠的子代,七日龄乳鼠,各实验组仔鼠普遍出现明显的心肌实质坏死类似克山病的改变。感染由克山病人分离的稳定病毒株与其原型病毒感染仔鼠心肌及其他脏器的病变有所不同。
We have isolated three stabilized virus strains by using different cells culture from the autopsy viscera specimens of pathologic diagnostic subacute Keshan disease patients in recent years. Among the isolated viruses one was d(?)ntified as Coxsackie virus B2, one as Coxsackie virus A9 and another unidentified. Under the electromicroscope the three strains have revealed about 28—32 nm size noaenvelope small RNA particles belonged to typical enterovirus. Each of the three stabilized viruses was infectious to the seventh day newborn mice, the last generation of which were raised by different grains. After three strains were infected to the mice respectively, whose myocardium widely showed distinct myoeardial necroses. The characteristics and distribution of the myocardial necroses were similar to Keshan disease. The degree of myocardial necroses of the inoculated mice which were filial generation fed with low selenium from endemic region, tends to be more severe than that fed with nonendemic region grains. The newborn mice were infected by the sabilized viruses strains isolated from Keshan disease patients, Their pathological changes of myocardium and other internal organs were different from that of the prototype virus Coxsackie B2 or Coxsackie A9 infecting the newborn mice.
