摘要
以小麦返白系和对照矮变1号以及返白系与各不同生态类型的冬性、半冬性,春性小麦的杂交、回交后代为材料,研究这些不同基因型品种在返白期间过氧化物酶、蛋白水解酶及可溶性蛋白的变化特点。结果表明:在返白期间,这两种酶活性均大幅度升高,可溶性蛋白含量下降,两者的变化呈负相关。这种代谢特点是为了适应该时期的某些生理需要,与细胞质因子的调节有关。
Using'stage albinism line of winter wheat', 'arbinism NO. 1' as well as hybrid progenies of the mutant wheat with different ecological type winterness,half winterness and springness as the test materials, the activities of peroxidase and proteolytic was investigated.The results obtained were as follows:The activities of the two enzymes markedly increased,soluble protein content declined,and there was a good negative correlation between the enzyme activities and the soluble protein content during albinism petiod. The two enzymes above mentioned were encoded by nuclear genes to accept the stimulation of sytoplasmic factors of albinism seeding,and chief causes of the rise to meet the metabolism for the period of albinism,which could adapt the needs of some metebolism changes during albinism period.
