克山病儿童超声心动图的研究

Echocardiographic study on diastolic posterior wall and left ventricular filling in children with Keshan disease

本研究应用超声心动图对56名各型克山病儿童和24名健康儿童的快速、缓慢和房性充盈期标准化左室后壁运动速度(R/ef/RFD,S/fa/SFD 和 A/ab/EDD)与标准化容积增加速度(RFV/ef/EDV,SFV/fa/EDV 和 AFV/ab/EDV)进行了对比研究,主要结果是:各型克山病儿童的上述六项指标均较健康儿童显著降低,而各型克山病儿童之间无显著差异,提示各型克山病儿童的左室舒张功能均可发生异常。根据“标准化速度”的概念而设计的上述6项指标。

The normalized posterior wall movement and the incremental filling volumeof left ventricle during rapid,slow and atrial filling phases of diastole(writtenrespectively as R/ef/RFD,S/fa/SFD,A/ab/EDD,RFV/ef/EDV,SFV/fa/EDVAFV/ab/EDV)were studied comparatively by echocardiograms in 24 healthy child-ren and 56 children with various types of Keshan Disease(KSD).The dominantresults show that the 6 indexes mentioned above in children with KSD weresignificantly decreased comparatively with normal children,but there were no appreciable differences among children with various types of KSD.The 6 indexesdesigned according to“normalized velocity”conception may be useful to evaluatethe left ventricular function of patients with various types of KSD in every fillingphase.
