摘要
本文采用低碘饲料建立的碘缺乏大鼠模型,观察了碘缺乏对发育期大鼠大脑细胞核体外转录活性的影响。结果表明,15日龄碘缺乏大鼠大脑细胞核总转录活性降低(P<0.02),10日与15日龄 RNA 聚合酶Ⅱ转录活性降低(依次为 P<0.05与 P<0.01)。提示,碘缺乏影响了大脑发育关键时期大脑细胞核总的 RNA 合成能力,特别是影响了 mRNA 前体的合成。
Using iodine-deficient animal model of rat fed on a low iodine diet we observedthe influence of iodine deficiency on the transcription activity and RNA polymer-ase activity by isolated nuclei in the developing rat cerebrum.The results showedthat the transcription activity in isolated nuclei was decreased significantly at 15thday of postnatal life in the experimental group,and the RNA polymerase Ⅱactiv-ity was decreased significantly at 10th and 15th day of the postnatal life in comp-arison with control group.The results suggested that iodine deficicency affected thegeneral nuclear RNA synthesis ability,especially the transcription of per-mRNA,in the rats cerebrum during a critical period of brain development.
