T_3、NaClO_4及硫脲嘧啶对实验大鼠肝脏α—磷酸甘油脱氢酶活性的影响

摘要 肝脏线粒体磷酸甘油脱氢酶(α-GPD)对甲状腺激素极为敏感。我们利用这种反应做为反映靶器官的指标。以便了解在不同甲状腺功能状态下,靶器官的变化。结果表明,靶器官的功能随甲状腺功能的增强而增加,并随其下降而减少。T_3和 T_4均影响肝脏α-GPD 活性,但影响程度不一,起主要作用的是 T_3。 The liver mitochondrial α-glycerophosphate dehydrogenase(α-GPD)is verysensitive to thyroxines.We utilized NaClO_4,thiouracil and T_3 to induce the hypo-thyroidism and hyperthyroidism of the experimental rats and then measured livermitochondrial α-GPD activity,serum T_3,T_4 level.We want to investigate theperipheral target organ function on these two situation.The results show that the α-GPD activity increases obviously in hyperthyro-idism group and decreases in hypothyroidism group and the function in peripheraltarget organ varies with thyroid function.In compensated hypothyroidism,eventhough serum T_3 level does not change,α-GPD activity decreases with serum T_4level.Both T_3 an T_4 affect peripheral target function,but in different situation,the affected magnitude is not the same.
