摘要
应用形态学方法研究了严重碘缺乏对胎鼠甲状腺发育的影响。结果表明,Wistar 大鼠甲状腺滤泡原基出现在妊娠第17天,缺碘不影响滤泡原基的发育;胎鼠甲状腺聚碘能力出现在妊娠第19天,缺碘亦不影响这一功能的出现;在20天后,也就是垂体—甲状腺出现功能上联系后,缺碘可使甲状腺产生明显的代偿反应。
Using the animal models of iodine-deficient rats,we have studied the effectsof iodine deficiency on the ontogeny of fetal thyroid gland in the rats by compa-rison with the control group.Experiment results have shown rat iodine deficiencyhas no effect on differentiation of primitive follicles from the thyroid primordiumat 17 days of gestation and the timing of accumulating^(125)I activity both groups beganto uptake radioactive iodine at 19 days of gestation,but iodine deficiency could resu-lt in markedly compensating reaction of the fetal thyriod from 20 days of gestationon word.
