摘要
分析了两表面的一线纵向和横向粗糙度及幂律流体和Maxwell流体的流变学特性对内燃机滑动轴承性能的综合影响。结果表明,表面粗糙度和润滑剂的流变学特性对轴承的性能影响是相关的,其影响还依赖于轴承的结构尺寸及运行工况。
This paper presents the analysis for the combined effects of two-sidedpurely longitudinal and transverse roughness as well as the rheological characteristicsof the power-law and the Maxwell fluid on the performance of IC engine journal bearings. The result shows that there is a strong interaction bctween roughness and rheology, and the effects of the roughness and the rheology are related to the bearing geometry and engine operating conditions.
