介绍了车用汽油机气缸盖计算机辅助制造系统(CAM)、燃烧室容积精度和几何参数的在线测量及等边修正原理和方法,探讨了主从分布式计算机控制系统的信息交换方式、硬件接口和软件设计。此系统有效地提高了气缸盖的制造质量和性能指标。
A CAM system for the cylinder head of the automotive gasoline engine, the principle and the method of on-line measurement and equilateral correction processing on volume accuracy and geometric parameters of the combustion chamber are presented. The information exchangeable mode, hardware interfaces and software designs in master slave distributed computer control system are also deeply explored. The manufacturing quality of the cylinder head, hence the engine performance can be improved effectively by using the system.
