摘要
双喷油器双针阀燃油系统是为船用发动机应用劣质燃料(重油)所设计的,已在B/WL60MC/MCE发动机中得到应用。为了适应不同机型和变工况的需要,建立了计算机模型,模拟燃油系统的流动过程,从而进行优化设计。管内流动的速度计算采用了m系数法,充分发挥了计算机的优点;边界条件与常规燃油系统的边界条件有很大的不同,是喷射过程计算和研究的关键。文中列出了计算机模拟和计算的结果,并分析了燃油系统结构参数对其喷射过程的影响。
A two-injector and double reedle valve fuel system is designed for marine engines, which operate on inferior fuel (heavy fuel). The system has already been used in model B/W L60MC/MCE engine. In order to meet the demands of various types of engine and their operating conditions, a computer model that simulates the flowing course of the fuel system is developed for optimizing fuel system design.m coefficient method is used for calculating the flow velocity in the fuel line to give rein to the computer functions. The boundary conditions of this system are different greatly from those of conventional fuel systems, and they are crucial in calculating and studying the fuel injection process. The calculating results of the fuel system simulation are presented, and the influence of the design parameters in the fuel system on fuel injection process is also analyzed herein.
