气缸盖燃烧室容积的计算机辅助测试及信息处理

摘要 介绍了应用非接触式传感器和计算机技术研制的汽油机气缸盖燃烧室容积的计算机辅助测试系统,探讨了充液法自动检测原理和信息处理方法,对各子系统的功能作了详细分析。该系统能屏幕显示、打印输出、统计分析,并可将测量信息传输到数控铣床,为联机创造条件。 In this paper the computer aided test system for the combustion chamber volume in the cylinder head of a gasolihe engine, developed with the contactless sensor and computer technique,is presented.The automatic test principle by liquidfilling and the information processing method are also explored. The functions of all sub-systems are fully analysed. The test results can be displayed on the screen and printed out as well as analysed statistically in the system. This system can also transmit test information to CNC milling machine tool for on-line operating.
