摘要
机械设备状态监测的主要对象是机器中的主要摩擦副及其磨损过程。实践表明,油料分析技术是准科学的经济效益特别显著的磨损监测技术。建立油品理化分析、油料光谱分析、油料所含磨粒的铁谱分析以及润滑系统污染度检测的综合系统分析方法是最可取的方法。
The condition monitoring of a machine apparatus is actually the monitoring of the main friction pairs and their wear process. It has been proved that lubrication oil analysis technique is a useful wear monitoring one,which gives scientific measurements and has obvious economic benefit.The most effective method is the systematically synthetic application of oil physical and chemical analysis,oil spectro graphic analysis, wear particles ferrographical analysis and lubrication system contamination inspection.
