摘要
研究了柴油机涡流室镶块的材料,并提出能提高压缩终点温度的新型材料。采用有限元计算镶块温度场,所得结果与试验结果相吻合。新型材料改善了柴油机的起动性和经济性。
In this paper the materials for swirl chamber insert in the diesel engine have been studied. A new material for insert is also developed which can raise the temperature at the end of the cmpression stroke. The calculated results for the temperature field in the insert using Finite Element Method agree well with the measured values. The starting performance and economy of the diesel engine can be improved by the new insert material.
