摘要
以绝热发动机燃烧室陶瓷涂层表面的实测瞬态温度和平均热流为边界条件,应用傅里叶数学分析理论,探索出一种确定陶瓷涂层表面局部瞬态热流的数学方法;并结合带陶瓷涂层的2100型低散热发动机,给出实际计算结果。
Based on Fourier mathematical analysis theory, the instantaneous heat flux on the combustion chamber surface coated ceramic for an adiabatic engine can be calculated accurately by measuring the instantaneous temperature and mean heat flux on the ceramic coating. In this paper, the calculativc method for the local instantaneous heat flux on ceramic coating is described in detail, and the calculated results for model 2100 low-heat-rejection diesel engine with ceramic coating are also prescnted.
