摘要
本文以6缸柴油机为例,在有限元法、可靠性设计法及优化设计法的基础上,提出了连杆可靠性优化设计方法。使连杆疲劳可靠性从0.999112提高到0.999997,小头最大变形收缩量下降了30%。
Based upon analysing the finite element method, fatigue reliability design and optimum design of up-dated achievements, the specified fatigue reliability optimum design for connecting rod was presented in this paper. The connecting rod of a six-cylinder diesel has been taken as an example to apply the recommended method, with the results showing that the fatigue reliability to be increased from 0. 999112 to 0. 999997 and the deformation of small end to be reduced by 30%.
