摘要
本文通过专门的试验或计算.对柴油机全气缸取样技术存在的几个问题进行了分析与讨论。这几个问题是:如何定义取样转角;执行机构延迟时间的分散性对取样控制精度的影响;微粒的壁面沉积;取样时刻缸内正常未燃燃油液滴对微粒、HC测试结果的影响;高转速下取样的可能性。
Based on special tests and calculations, some technical problems within the total cylinder sampling technique for a diesel engine were analysed and discussed in this paper. These problemswere: how to define a sampling crankangle; the delay time dispersion of an actuator and its effect on the accuracy of sampling control; wall deposition of particulates; the effect of unburned fuel droplets existing in the combustion chamber at the dumping moment on the measurements of particulates and HC concentration; the possibility of sampling under high engine speed.
