溴氰菊酯对方形黄鼠蚤各发育期的毒杀效果较好,而且残效期颇长,是当前理想的一种灭蚤杀虫剂。由于该蚤不同发育期对溴氰菊酯的敏感度存有差异,故在实际使用中应引起重视。

This paper reported the toxicant efficacy and remnant efficacy of Deltamethrinto different developmental stages of C.T.sungaris.The experiments proved that thecompound had killing effects in varying degrees.The corrected mortality to eggswas 58% at the concentration of 0.01 ppm by dipping method,and the ration topupae was 52% at the concentration of 50 ppm by mixed insecticide method withfood。For two day age sucking blood adult fleas by topical application,the LD50of the compound was ♀ 1.17×10^(-6) μg/a flea; ♂ 1.08×10^(-6) μg/a flea.Theremnant duration could maintain two years by insecticidal membrane method inthe concentration of the compound over 1 ppm on the surface of glass and over10 ppm on the surface of filter paper.The effective dose 50% which could killfleas was 2 mg/m^2 and the remnant duration could maintain about five montheson the surface of soil.
