摘要
捕活长尾黄鼠只1966只,采集其体外寄生的方形黄鼠蚤阿尔泰亚种13854匹。按寄生蚤指数的季节分布进行统计学分析,建立数学模型,计算出保证方形黄鼠蚤月与旬寄生蚤指数可信限的最小抽样量表。该表既可用于根据现场监测所得的月与旬寄生蚤指数(X)与样本样量(n)核查其数学可信限,已可用于根据预计的寄生蚤指数和所需的可信精度设计最小抽样量。
In the surveillance to the plague natural foci of Tian Shan of Xin Jiang,in the period of 1984-1986,April to September in each year,1966 of Citellusundulatus were living captured,and from them,13 854 of Citellophilus tesquorumaltaicus were collected.The season variation of the indices was analysedstatistically.A table of minimum samplings to the confidence intervals of theindices was established.This table could be used to evaluate the confidenceinterval from the index and samplie content in each month,and could be usedto look up the minimum sampling to satisfy the necessary precision inexperimental design.
