摘要
对５０例４５～７０岁中老年Ⅱ型糖尿病（ＮＩＤＤＭ）患者进行经颅多普勒超声检查（ＴＣＤ）。结果表明ＴＣＤ总异常率为８０．０％，显著异常率为５８．０％，其中以血管狭窄为主者占３６．０％，供血不足者１８．０％。ＴＣＤ的改变与当日血糖值和有无神经系统症状有关，而与年龄和病程无关。ＴＣＤ能客观反映ＮＩＤＤＭ患者脑血管病变的部位和性质，为ＮＩＤＤＭ患者早期发现脑血管病变，提供了安全可靠、无创伤性的检测手段。
Transcranial dopplers(TCDs)were studied in 50
patients with non-in-sulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM),the age range from 45 to 70
years. TCDs showed abnormal findings in 40 of all pa-tients(80.0%)and significant
abnormalitiesin 29(58.0%).Among of them, TCDs re-vealed cerebral angiostenosises in
18(36.0%)and cerebral ischemias in 9(18.0%).The changes ofTcD with NIDDM were re-lated to
blood sugar value of the patients andtheir clinial systoms. However,they werenot related to
ages of the patients and dura- tion of illness. The sites and features of cere-brovascular
dysfunctions with NIDDM mightbe reflected objectively by means of TCD.TCD provides a safety
and non-invasive di-agnostic method for early detection and eval-uation of cerebrovascular
diseases with NID-DM.
