摘要
本文根据1976年8月16日松潘、平武7.2级地震前所形成的档案文件、技术材料、地震简报和工作报告等资料,介绍了松潘、平武7.2级地震预测、预报和预防过程,预报的技术思路、方法和依据,并初步总结了这次地震预报的经验教训。
Based upon all documentation files and data prior to the occurrence of the 1976 Song-pan-Ping-wu earthquake, the predicting process, scientific thinking, the predictive criteria the relative protections against this strong earthquake ( M = 7. 2,16 August 1976) are introduced. Meanwhile preliminary summary on experience and lessons from this prediction is also presented in this paper.
