SIMULTANEOUS DETERMINATION OF EVODIAMINE AND RUTAECARPINE IN EVODIA RUTAECARPA(JUSS)BENTH,AND ITS PROCESSED PRODUCTS BY RP-HPLC

首次用反相高效液相色谱法分离并测定了吴茱萸及其炮制品中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱，建立了生药及其炮制品中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱分离测定的色谱方法。方法简便、灵敏、准确，为生药及其炮制品的质量评价提供了科学依据。

Evodiaimine and rutaecarpine in Cvodia rutaecarpa(Juss.) Benth,and its pro-cessed products are separated and determined by RP-HPLC for the first time. A simple, sen-sitive and accurate liquid chromatographic method for the separation and determination of theevodiamine and the rutaecarpine in crude drugs and its processed products is estab-lished. This method provides the scienific basis for quality evaluation of cruae drugs and itsprocessed products.
