摘要
项目管理所追求的基本目标，就是工程的高质量、低成本、工期短、安全好，使施工企业以较小的消耗，取得较大的经济效益，本文就施工企业项目管理在实际中的运用，作了一定的探讨。
The basic objects of project management are high quality,low cost ,better security and short pe-riod of construction, and guarantee that the construction enterprise can gain good economic benefit with smallconsumption, This paper makes some researches in the application of project management.
