摘要
经过氧化物酶和酯酶分离比较,选用过氧化物酶同工酶谱相似系数进行聚类,选择相似系数在0.94~0.91范围,将01(6118×混合花粉)组合42株杂种F1苗聚为25类过氧化物酶类型,02(6116×银白杨)组合29株杂种F1苗聚为23类,06(6118×银白杨)组合39株杂种苗聚为19类。
Through separation and comparison of peroxidase and esterase,the similarity coefficients(0.94~0.91) of isozyme spectrogram of peroxidase were chosen for the classification of hybrid F1 individuals of arpen.42young trees of the hybrid F1 of combination 01(6118×mixed farina) were grouped into 25 peroxicase types;29 hybrid F1 trees of combination 02(6116×populus alba L.),23 types;and 39 trees of combination 06(6118×P.alba L.),19 type.
