摘要
该文分析了宁南山区现实和潜在的粮食消费缺口,采用基于“生物圈第一性生产力”概念建立的降水和温度与粮食生产潜力关系的公式,量化地分析了宁南山区旱地粮食生产潜力:干旱区为48.7万t,半干旱区135.7万t,半湿润区36万t。3个类型区合计220.4万t,是这个地区1993年粮食总产的4.3倍。在制定和论证宁南山区2000年旱地粮食生产方案的同时,讨论了宁南山区贫困农民在2000年稳定通过温饱线粮食最低标准的可能性。
The grain insufficiency, at present and in the future, in the hilly areas of southern Ningxia was discussed, two functions of reflecting relations amongst precipitation and emperature and crop production potential were built up based on concept of 'the first productivity of biocycle ',By means of the functions, crop production potential of the rainfed farml.ands was quantitatively analysed in the hilly areas of southern Ningxia 487000t grain for the arid area, 1357000t for the semiarid area and 360000t for The semihumid area, and totaling 2204000t, 4 times of that in 1993 for the 3 types of areas.The crop production plans .for the hilly. areas by the year of 2000 were discussed and formulated , simutaneously, the possibility for each farmer in the areas to possess 300kg of grain, the lowest rations standard, was.carefully studied as well.
