模糊聚类分析及模式识别在小麦抗条锈性研究中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 在田间,设置多个小麦品种──条锈菌小种试验区,成株期同步测定了不同组合小麦组织学病变特征数值(包括菌落面积、吸器数等)和流行学组分孢子堆密度及相对寄生适合度。结果经相关分析、主成分分析,认为上述测定指标中,菌落面积和吸器数可作为鉴定小麦水平抗病性的组织学指标,孢子堆密度和寄生适合度可作为流行学指标。利用所选指标,根据最大最小法计算相似关系进行模糊聚类分析及模糊模式判别,结果令人满意。 seyeral experimental plots for wheat P.striiformis West Strains Were established and the histological pathology changes of wheat in different combinations and the epidemiological spore cluster density,and the relative Parasitic fitness were simultaneously studied.From interrelationship analysis and the main component analysis the conclusions are as follows:The fungi association acrage and the haustoria number could be used as the histological indexes amongst the indicators for identification of wheat horizontal resistance,and the spore cluster density and the parasitic fitnese as the indexes of epidomiology.Application of the sellected indexes in fuzzy classification and fuzzy model identification was satisfied by Max-mini similarity interrelationship caculation.
