摘要
本文从营养学和中老年知识分子的生理特点出发,介绍了中老年知识分子的营养需求与生理衰退和老年性疾病的关系,推荐了许多增强体质、延年益寿的食疗方法,并提出了合理的膳食安排建议。
The paper started from alimentology and the physiological characteristics ofmiddle and old age intellectuals, intruduced the relation between necessity to nutrition,physiological decline and aged disease, recommended many methods of food - cuire forbuilding up the health and prolonging life, put forward the suggestion of reasonaboly managing meals.
