大肠杆菌K_(99)─F_(41)基因工程亚单位苗对牛和羊的攻毒保护试验研究

摘要 用大肠杆菌K99─F41基因工程亚单位苗以两种剂量(正常免疫剂量和1/5免疫剂量)分别免疫接种怀孕母牛和怀孕母羊,待其所产幼畜(犊牛和羔羊)吃过初乳后,经口灌服致幼畜腹泻的强毒活菌,犊牛500亿/头,羔羊250亿/只。结果,正常免疫剂量组,犊牛腹泻发病率为19%,死亡率为零;羔羊腹泻发病率为15%,死亡率为5%。1/5免疫剂量组,犊牛腹泻发病率为40%,死亡率为10%;羔羊腹泻发病率为36.8%,死亡率为15.8%,而未接种疫苗的对照组,犊牛腹泻发病率为70%,死亡率为35%,羔羊腹泻发病率为70%,死亡率为65%,经统计学处理,三组之间犊牛和羔羊的发病率和死亡率均呈极显著差异(P<0.01)。 The pregnant cows and sheep were vaccinated with Escherichia coli K99 -F41gene engineering subunit vacine in two kinds of doses separately (normal dose and 1/5 normal dose).After feeding primary milk from the dames,the newborn calves and lamds were taken orally pathogenic bacterium that could effect the newborn infants diarrhoes.It was shown that the calves diarrhoea attack rate and death rate were 19. 0%and 0%separately,the lambs diarrhoes were 15% and 5% separately in the normal group;the calves diarrhoes attack rate and death rate 40% and 10% separately,the lambs dirrhoea attack rate and death rate 36 %,8%amd 15. 8 % separately in the 1/5 normal dose group,and in the contrast group without vaccinating;the calves diarrhoes attack rate and death rate 70%and 35 % separately,the lambs dirrhoea attack rate and death rate 70%and 65% separately.There was a significant difference (p<0. 01 )among the attack rate and death rate of the.3 groups by statistical comparision.
