巴布考克鸡血清蛋白质及酶多态性的研究

STUDY OF THE SERUM PROTEIN AND ENZYME POLYMOPHISM OF BABCOCK CHICKEN

采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶和聚丙烯酰胺浓度梯度凝胶电泳法，对宁夏地区引入的蛋用型品种巴布考克祖代鸡的四个品系２３８只鸡血清蛋白质和酶型进行了测定，结果表明该鸡种的前白蛋白（Ｐａ）；运铁蛋白（Ｔｆ）；脂酶（Ｅｓ—１）；碱性磷酸酶（ＡＫＰ、ＡＫＰ—２）位点均表现多态。根据所测位点的基因频率，计算了各品系的平均纯合度；杂合度；品系间的标准遗传距离，采用最短距离法和模糊聚类法对所研究的四个品系进行了聚类分析，结果表明四个品系间均有一定的遗传距离。

The serum protein samples of 238 Babcock chickens were analyzed by vertical polyacrylamide gel and polyacrylamide concentration gradient gel electrophoresis. The results of analysis showed that the polymorphic evidences were presented in loci of prealbumin (pa), transferrin (Tf), esterase (Es -1), alkaline phosphatase (Akp,Akp --2). The average gene homozygosity and heterozygosity, fixation index(Fxt) of 5 polymorphic loci were calculated with gene frequencies. Based on Nei'S standard genetic distance and the fuzzy cluster, analysis were conducted for four lines of Babcock chicken. The results showed that the line A was less related compared to line B, then was C and B;A and D;C and D. But therewas the shortest genetic distance between line A and line C of Babcock chicken.
